Mobile App Development Tools

Does anyone here do mobile app development? I've just begun to design some apps, and looking for some guidance about the development/coding side. Is it HTML/CSS and Javascript? Where do I even begin to learn about this? Posted in UnStoppable Basecamp on Oct. 16, 2017.
