fix_logstash

log stash at times will not start and we need to delete the temp data attached to logstash.

content_copyfile_download
kubectl --kubeconfig kubeconfig_titan-prod-us-east-1 -n titan exec -ti logstash-4 -- rm -rf /usr/share/logstash/data/queue/main/; kubectl --kubeconfig kubeconfig_titan-prod-us-east-1 -n titan delete po logstash-4
