MIGX: Output pagetitle instead of id in MIG grid

Use renderchunk renderer in combination with a fastfield:

[[!#[[+compID]].pagetitle]]

getResources can be used instead of fastfields. But this doesnt work with migxdb objects.

Works with MIGX 2.4.0 beta3 and later.
