Cacher is the code snippet organizer for pro developers

The optimizely snippet should be placed as high as possible in the head tag.
The only code that can go above snippet is 
1. jQuery (if using your own version) 
2. Third party data (optional) 
3. Visitor/Page level data (optional)
4. Optimizely custom tags (optional)

All other elements or code should go below the snippet; like:
1. Analytics platform
2. Optimizely Revenue tracking code
3. Tag manager / CMS tags
