in SQL Shell (psql):

After login into db as postgres user:

Import data from .sql file:

\i c:/data/data01.sql

Delete database via pgAdmin app:

Make sure to close all apps that use this database.

Right click Servers/PostgreSQL/Databases/db-name and choose Delete/Drop

Create database via pgAdmin app:

Right click Servers/PostgreSQL/Databases and choose Create...
