1) https://gist.github.com - already using but very limited options, simple and clean. download gist and syntax highlight is also not useful. biggest thing not "tag" system. (manage same using https://app.gistboxapp.com/library/my-gists in more attractive manner)
2) http://snipplr.com/ - having various options but look is very messy. for new snipt you need to login. have some advance search. tagging and embeding is there.
3) https://snipt.net - nice look with tags and embed, download. have big api of its own. need to register to post snippet. snipplr is not sending forget password mail so will use this one.
