make install for David

How to install FAMSA on cappella:

Cappella is a dispatcher for a cluster a needs to know where to find a compiler to install shit

make_install
content_copyfile_download
# go into your FAMSA directory
cd some/dir/FAMSA

# run this command
module load gcc

# then this
make install

# and finally this
make

# you shoud now have an executable "FAMSA" within the /FAMSA/
