When a customer wants to update their DNS records to allow their email to be handled by a 3rd party, in addition to the changes you make in the SafeDNS section of MyUKFast, you also need to update Plesk.

Login into Plesk  Navigate to the Domain Click Open in Control Panel  Mail  Change Settings  Untick ‘Activate mail service on domain’ under the ‘Mail service’ heading.

This makes sure that forms and any other scripts that send email on the customers website use the 3rd party service as opposed to trying to deliver the mail locally.
