When use png and use jpeg

  • If an image has very few colors, it is flat, it is better to use png.

    • You can compress more with Gimp using:
    • Imagen - Modo - Indexado - Maximal number of colors (ex. 100)

  • Also a screenshot is better with png

  • A picture with a lot of colors: better jpg
