ldconfig add opencv3 from ROS

ldconfig add opencv3 from ROS

# add ros libraries to ldconfig
sudo sh -c "echo '/opt/ros/kinetic/lib' >> /etc/ld.so.conf"

# rebuild ldconfig
sudo ldconfig

# check if it worked
ldconfig -p | grep opencv3
