Falta seleccionar más opciones en las características de programas de windows.

Press Win Key+R to Open Run Window
in the Run Window, enter "OptionalFeatures.exe"
in the features window, Click: "Internet Information Services"
Click: "World Wide Web Services"
Click: "Application Development Features"
Check the features.
