Esta acción trata de ordenar la cantidad y forma de pallet mixtos que llegan a las sucursales, el objetivo principal es ahorrar tiempo para el despacho, eliminar horas perdidas por este concepto y dar mayor agilidad al despacho, además contribuir al FIFO y mermas de la sucursal. Se estima ahorro aprox. de 2 hrs en sucursales “A” . <span style="color:#953735; font-weight:bold;"><br>

Ejecución: </span> 26 de agosto se enviara planilla para reclamo por exceso de pallet mixtos o pallet mixtos mal estivados (sin lógica) y plan de trabajo y seguimiento para esta acción.<br>

Es una iniciativa que busca tener una “ Hoja de Ruta” única en todas las sucursales del país, buscamos bajar tiempo en la preparación de las cargas de trabajo para despacho, 2 horas aprox. menos, reducir el consumo de papel por impresión de esta hoja , y facilitar el trabajo del operario en las cámaras. <span style="color:#953735; font-weight:bold;"><br>

Ejecución: </span> 27 de Agosto las 10 sucursales que participan del equipo BPOS ( Iquique, Lo Espejo, Quilín, Huechuraba, Rancagua, Viña del Mar, San Antonio , Concepción, Temuco, Puerto Montt ) utilizarán esta nueva Hoja de ruta en formato único para el armado de pedidos. Una vez que esta herramienta esté implementada en un 100 %,éstas funcionarán como sucursales tutoras del resto de las sucursales del país, se estima partir en el resto del país el 23 de septiembre.<br>

Esta acción busca mejorar la comunicación operacional durante la carga de camiones, estar mejor comunicado para emergencias y hacer más eficiente los desplazamiento de los choferes que cargan camiones. <span style="color:#953735; font-weight:bold;"><br>

Ejecución: </span> A partir del 1 de septiembre, todas las sucursales ASC deben contar con 4 equipos intercomunicadores para la operación en despacho. Uno de estos equipos será de uso del jefe de despacho, otro para el ayudante de despacho, el tercero para la persona que mueve los camiones durante el turno de noche y el último para la guardia, se les enviará un correo a todos los jefes de operaciones con la marca, modelo y costo sugerido para comprar. <br>

Distribuir carga de trabajo en los tres turnos de despacho, esto es despachar en más turno y no solo en la noche, potencia a los equipos de trabajo, fortalecer el Rol del jefe de despacho, mejorar la calidad de vida de personal de operaciones y ordenar las tareas por turno. Rancagua lleva un mes con esta iniciativa con tres turnos igual en cantidad y que rotan siempre juntos, ha aumentado su nivel de servicio de despacho, ha mejora la salida de camiones y ha mejorado el ánimo y clima laboral. <span style="color:#953735; font-weight:bold;"><br>

Ejecución: </span> Se sumaran tres sucursales como piloto de tres turnos con igual dotación y un jefe de despacho líder en cada uno de ellos.<br>
