Purescale alter tablespace LOWER HIGH WATER MARK

db2dart <db-name> /LHWM /TSI <tbsp-id> /NP 0

That will provide a customized reorg syntax in the .RPT file the db2dart will create.

That reorg command have to be run to try to reduce the tablespace high water mark.
