Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not find artifact com.runchain.arch:rc-parent:pom:1.4.0-SNAPSHOT and 'parent.relativePath' points at wrong local POM @ line 5, column 10

有一个项目的配置文件：

		<artifactId>rc-parent</artifactId>
		<version>1.4.0-SNAPSHOT</version>

	<artifactId>joying-erp</artifactId>
........
rc-parent我已经部署到私服了
然后我把我本地的仓库目录删除，在项目中运行：mvn compile
