User reports a problem with a stylus by Adonit. Since we're using the latest SDK, we won't be able to solve the problem for the user if the suggestions in the shared help article don't solve it.
Sorry about the issue with the stylus. We’re using Adonit’s latest software as well as their provided palm rejection algorithm, which some other apps are not using. Please follow the instructions in this article to make it work again. If it is not working, then it would be great if you could reach out to Adonit support directly and tell them about the issue. They might need to update their SDK so that we can implement it. Please let me know about the reply from their support.
