Consider combining Location into Airport model ie:

Insead of 

Location.lat
Location.long
Location.id

try:

Airport.name
Airport.id
Airport ... etc
Airport.lat
Airport.long
---------------------------------

The Create controller might have better clarity when refactored with just Airport object.
