In Windows

• First Open CMD
• Type diskpart and Enter
• Then Follow the command one by one according to the list

list disk
select disk #NUMBER WHICH IS YOUR USB
clean
create partition primary
select partition 1
active
format quick fs=ntfs
exit

• Then Just copy all the content in the iso file include using any decompration software like winrar , winzip , 7zip and so on.
