Restoring a backup file create many duplicates.

Please confirm that the backup file contains all your documents and stored outside of your device. Then you can delete the data in GoodNotes from Settings app > iCloud > Manager Storage > GoodNotes 4 > Delete Documents & Data to start from scratch again. Then please import the backup file again to restore them in GoodNotes.
